Orders & Returns Policy at Ken Smith Publishing

ORDERS & RETURNS

We make every effort to ensure all details regarding our titles are correct at time of going to press. However specifications, price and publication dates may be subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will be notified to you before your order is processed.

All titles published are available from stock for immediate despatch. If the title you order is not in stock we will send you an email with an estimated delivery/publication date. If payment has already been taken we will offer you a full refund. Please note that all delivery dates given are approximate and we cannot be held responsible or compensate for any failure to meet estimated delivery dates.

If you wish to reserve a copy of any title not yet published please do not send any money in advance. You can reserve any title via email or post, telephone or fax. We will acknowledge your order and request payment when the title comes into stock.

For our deluxe limited editions we will ask for a confirmation deposit with order. Since copies are allocated on a first come, first served basis, regretfully we cannot guarantee that by sending your order and cheque you will secure a copy allocation. If this happens then we will return your cheque to you.

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt, (but please allow additional time for orders and cheques sent by post). For UK orders, books are usually sent by UK second class mail, or courier. Orders to Eire and Europe are sent by air, USA and Rest of World by surface mail unless otherwise requested. Delivery times for UK are usually within 3 working days, but if your order has not been received by you within 10 working days please let us know at the contact details given. Please allow 14 days for delivery to Eire and Europe, 21 days to USA, 28 days or over for Rest of World.

A next day courier service is available for UK deliveries, and airmail for overseas addresses, at a small extra cost. Please contact us for details.

RETURNS

All orders are packed with care to ensure they reach their destination in perfect condition. If the book is damaged in transit, please return it to us in its original packing and we will replace it free of charge.

If for any reason the book is not satisfactory, please return it to us within seven days in its original packing. Provided the goods are returned to us in the same condition as received and in a saleable condition, with a letter giving the reason for return, we will offer a refund.

In the case of books supplied incorrectly we will reimburse postage costs incurred in returning the item, and you will be given the option of a refund or replacement book.
